I took a look at this recently, after I stumbled onto a site advertising a documentary claiming proof that the landings never happened. And it's compelling - travelling that far against incredible odds just to plant a flag *does* seem crazy, like creating fission, fusion or black holes. But we've done all of them, and (to some extent) just to prove we can. Because that's the kind of species we are.
Don't doubt our potential - if we can imagine it, we can do it.
