Guardian Angel

I spent most of yesterday recovering files from the hard drive that died recently. One thing I especially wanted to rescue was a short story called Guardian Angel I wrote recently as an exercise for the writers' group I attend. While it is not a brilliant story, I'm quite happy with it.
