SGI bankrupt???

Could it be anything to do with closing down their 3D arm? (SGI were renowned as the best in the 3D business.)
Could it be anything to do with closing down their high end computers and opting for Microsoft Windows NT platforms? (SGI machines were notorious as the best for high end graphics.)
What could SGI be after getting rid of their best parts... other than just another anonymous grey member of the clone wars?
It reminds me of how politicians keep selling off our childrens' heritage for short term profit. What will we be after we have nothing of our own?
