no-caffeine update

Headache finally gone today and vagueness lessening ...er... somewhat.
Had the unsettling experience yesterday of having terrific difficulty thinking. I found myself battling to remember things, lost people's names, and couldn't retain things in mind for more than several seconds. Very strange. I got a peek into what it must be like to be stricken with Alzheimers. Between that and raging headache I was not a happy possum.

I don't like to put negative things into my LJ, but I think my quitting caffeine experiences are an eye-opener.
