email worm warning

A strain of the W32.Mimail.A email "worm"is going around pretending to be from LiveJournal. If you receive an email that reads:

I would like to inform you about important information regarding your email address.
This email address will be expiring.
Please read attachment for details.

DO NOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT!!
It is not from LiveJournal. It spoofs LJ's address.

And if you have Microsoft's crappy, insecure, email program Outlook then don't even look at the email. Outlook can execute an attachment without being told to. Microsoft Outlook is an extremely dangerous program. Get rid of it and get something safe, like Eudora or Pegasus or something else.
