I was looking forward to exploring the drains under Melbourne with the Cave Clan tomorrow, but it looks like rain, so not good weather for exploring stormwater drains. Anybody wants to find out more about the Cave Clan, listen to the recent radio broadcast about it at... huh??... Radio National seem to have removed it. Damn! No matter, I captured it earlier, so if anybody wants it I can send it to them.

I notice that the BoM are involved in privatisation by stealth too. Certain services are only available if you have the money to pay for it. That is if people are able to pay twice (once by taxes, second by direct payment). I really am not happy about the way this is spreading through public services these days. We are on the road to a society where the rich are looked after but the poor get thrown to the wolves. It is a recipe for disaster.
