I've been reading the docs for FFTW (Fastest Fourier Transform in the West) and noticed a link to their y2k disclaimer. I thought the final two paragraphs are so humorous I just had to copy them here for your pleasure. Enjoy:
We are not responsible for problems due to bug-laden proprietary operating systems and/or hardware. (We aren't responsible for any other problems, either; see Article I. In this case, however, we won't even feel embarrassed.) You are responsible for ensuring that your Babbage calculating machines are well-oiled.

You may encounter errors if your computer redefines fundamental constants in the coming century. FFTW will not work properly if a large software vendor in Seattle releases an incompatible version of πTM and/or related products, or if your roomful of computing women believe an obscure patent clerk's theory of a non-Euclidean universe.

The trade marked pi is my favorite part.
