Seen this online magazine? This issue is for November 2002.

It is free, downloadable or readable online, and looks quite interesting.
Pity it is not in html; it is in .pdf format which I hate, but at least somebody is doing this... at last!

This month you can download a short play in mp3 format. Don't listen to it if you don't like horror... particularly if you have a fear of rats. :)

July issue has an interview with Anne Rice, I notice.

Is that still going? I remember there was a small amount of hoo-ha when poppy Z. Brite signed on as an editor for it. Past issues have some pretty interesting content as well. I must check it out properly.
