It is about the terrible experience a couple have had at the hands of Charlewood of Minchinbury home extension builders. It is really worth looking at. It is amazing that Charlewood are still running their shonky business. Even more amazing, they spend more money in evasion and bullying than it would cost to simply honor their warranty guarantees.
I don't know why, but the makers of the web page have protected it against being able to clip stuff from the site... a bit annoying. And there is a lot of repetition, and a number of the photos could be clearer, but heck, it is a page done by somebody simply to tell of their plight, and after the builders dragged them through the supreme court in a failed attempt to shut them up maybe they thought they should do what they could to protect the pages.
If you are in the market to get some building done, be careful. There are vampires out there.
