Enigma tonight
Sep. 2nd, 2003 09:39 amDon't forget, tonight is your chance to see an actual Enigma machine, as used by the Germans during the second world war to encrypt their communications. Claire Ellis, from the UK Enigma Project, will be talking as well as perhaps someone from Bletchley Park. The people working at Bletchley Park to decode the Enigma code included the amazing Alan Turing (died in 1954).
