NaNoWriMo begins
Monday, 1 November 2010 09:20 pmI'm off to a flying start on my NaNoWriMo novel this year. It is called Prescription and I've written 3,700 words for the first part. My premise for the story: When we make an Artificial Intelligence that is smarter than us, what will it really be like?
You can read it at http://miriam-english.org/stories/prescription/
I've decided to simply post the links this time instead of posting the text of each part. If I need to change it then I only need to change it in one place.
Let me know what you think. It is weird how I can't see how my writing is when I'm close to it. I can change how I look at my drawings so that I see them as if they are new to me no matter how long I've been working on them, but I don't seem to be able to do that with writing. Your feedback is invaluable to me in letting me know how good or bad a job I'm doing. I hope you enjoy the story.
