miriam_eHad a visit today from someone I'd been hoping to meet. I hope I get to see a lot more of him/her in the future. I speak of the cute little carpet python who turned up in the rafters of the entrance area here today, though it has probably been here all along, but hidden from view.
It looks like it is about 2 meters long... or maybe a little less.

I'm off to bed. I'll be getting up at 4am and driving to Brisbane to pick up Julie at the airport. Weird. :) I didn't get to bed till 5am this morning. Talk about screwy sleep patterns.
