miriam_eA friend snuk into the men's toilets and photographed these signs. She is a student in Germany.
At various times I've worked as a cleaner in order to get by and I can really appreciate the desire to get guys to sit down to piss instead of splashing it around. It does make good sense. I doubt many Australian guys will see it that way though. :)

Date: 2005-03-26 12:11 am (UTC)I am puzzled why the sign on the right has the guy standing, wearing a hat (backwards even), and the guy sitting has it forwards.
Are they trying to say guys who wear their hats backwards are "bad" (rather than just silly), and that guys who sit are "good" and not silly?
Why a hat at all anyway?
Weird.
Funny signs tho, I wish we could put them up where I work.
Those guys need to go back to remedial potty training I think.
I am scared to even *walk* in some of those bathrooms.
