I'm sure I don't know the whole story, but it sounds pretty weird to me that an office complex can be called "public use" and people's homes can be confiscated for a private development. All I can say is I hope that some of the people being evicted voted for the decision or abstained from voting. Does anybody think this local government will get back in next election time?
