a couple more days then NaNoWriMo
Oct. 29th, 2006 10:28 amEeeek!
A couple more days... and I still haven't decided.
Will I or won't I...
Will I or won't I...
Will I or won't I...
Will I or won't I...
[sigh]

Do it! Do it! Do it!
Date: 2006-10-29 01:43 am (UTC)Worse comes to worse, you can always bow out gracefully before the month is finished. There is nothing wrong with that at all! What was that saying about if you try you have a chance to fail, but not to try assures it? (sorry for the vague misquote) (^_^;)
Re: Do it! Do it! Do it!
Date: 2006-10-29 02:54 am (UTC)Problem is I'm supposed to be working on getting this machinima stuff done. [sigh] And I'm soooo notoriously slack, I'm scared NaNoWriMo will put me into full responsibility-avoidance mode and I'll just screw up all month. :)
That said, I have got a cool story idea that might be able to be carried for the whole month. heheheh [gulp]
Yes. :) I like your quote. I've used that one often myself.
I heard a great one from Dr Charles Elachi the current director of Jet Propulsion Laboratories recently. (No, he wasn't over here having tea, it was a podcast from NASA/JPL.)
If you never fail then you aren't trying hard enough.
Neat thought huh?
