I'm pretty happy with this one. Iwasted used a lot of time researching stuff that I should have researched before I began. Doh!
In my notes this chapter had two parts -- the main part and a smaller bit near the end -- but I realised when I'd written the main part that it wouldn't work as just two sections. I needed a bridge to go from one to the other, so I rang my Mum and after listening to my problem she made a suggestion which turned out to suit it exactly! I'm especially happy that it let me take the look of the story in a refreshing direction. I love a lot of Australia's landscapes and this gave me an opportunity to pay some tribute.
