Nasty patent trolls are trying to kill DITTO, a small, innovative eyeglass company by buying a patent from an expired company then using it to sue them out of business. Unfortunately, DITTO can't even afford to win the suit (as they almost certainly would, due to prior art). The cost of battling this would cripple these innovators, and the trolls would win either way.
