This week, I have mostly been:
Reading: In The Blood by Jackie French
Listening: the Summertrance triple CD
Playing: with my sister's wonderful kids
Researching: installing Debian GNU/Linux on my main computer at long last
Writing: email (catching up) and a few story ideas
Applying: muscle to unpacking all my junk
Making: room for all those books
Being: deliriously happy
Seeing: the beautiful country up here
Believing: nothing... sweet, peaceful nothing
Planning: to knuckle down and work
Deciding: to maximise my happiness
Pushing: my luck
Wanting: The world to get wiser, faster. (can't think of a better one than Cam's)
Needing: nothing
... and the meme is: you add a trigger word of your own and continue on. So mine is:

Feeling: enormous pleasure that I have somehow arrived

If anybody had told me beforehand that I would be this saturated in happiness I simply wouldn't have believed them. I have to admit that I was a little worried about the move. I love Melbourne... well, the people in Melbourne rather than the place. I also like the cooler climate.

But the weather up here has been balmy and pleasant (so far), I have been soaking up the isolation (I've always enjoyed living alone), and being near my family has been bliss. Mucking around with Sue's kids, in particular, has been a joy.
