Politicians are such assholes!

You would expect a twerp like John Howard to try to ban same sex marriages (it's easier to follow the US than to think for yourself), but our snivelling, piss-weak Labour party is going to play along with it! Assholes!

All I can say is boot both the bastards out!

Vote the Greens in and get a humane government that displays genuine morality.

I'm hoping our population can be sufficiently outraged and ashamed at the next election to vote the scum out. But that is what I hoped at the last election too, when the same detestable little weasle pulled out the racial hatred card and surprised everybody by riding it home to victory. It wasn't helped by the lily-livered "opposition" -- the Labour party -- going along with his racism. The Greens, the only people who stood for humanity and tolerance, doubled their vote that election. (Nobody ever doubles their vote!) I take some heart from that.

This time I vote only for the Greens.
Fuck the rest of 'em.

Just read through the conversation. Heh. Religious bigots and criminals, yep, that about covers it. These people later went on to form what would become the Republican Party.
