A friend snuk into the men's toilets and photographed these signs. She is a student in Germany.

At various times I've worked as a cleaner in order to get by and I can really appreciate the desire to get guys to sit down to piss instead of splashing it around. It does make good sense. I doubt many Australian guys will see it that way though. :)

I'll pick you up at the airport and show you around the Sunshine Coast. Maybe get you to some clubs in Brisbane too if you want. There are probably even some here on the Sunshine Coast too... I never thought to look. I'll find out.

I live in paradise, but it is very quiet and peaceful and risks driving you stir-crazy. My dog looks at me sometimes and I swear she says "God you're boring Miriam. Can't we visit dog-city for a bit?" (My folks' place is sometimes referred to as dog-city because there is often up to 5 dogs there.)

I stopped standing years ago, for the most part. I oppose urinals on privacy grounds, and I prefer sitting on comfort grounds.

Those signs are hilarious!

I am puzzled why the sign on the right has the guy standing, wearing a hat (backwards even), and the guy sitting has it forwards.

Are they trying to say guys who wear their hats backwards are "bad" (rather than just silly), and that guys who sit are "good" and not silly?

Why a hat at all anyway?

Weird.

Funny signs tho, I wish we could put them up where I work.
Those guys need to go back to remedial potty training I think.

I am scared to even *walk* in some of those bathrooms.
